Vintage Rose Wraps: Best Thing We've Ever Done

It popped into my head about a year ago--and since then, I hadn't been able to get it out of my mind. I have to be careful sometimes when I get "ideas"--{anyone else like that?}--Sometimes they're time consuming, costly, and a ton of work! But this one ended up being probably the BEST THING WE'VE EVER DONE. I'd been keeping my eyes on the lookout for someone who could catch our vision of creating a little music video. Little did I know he'd be in my own backyard--not quite literally but almost!

Chris from Christopher Leigh Studios is amazingly talented. This wedding photographer "gone wild" ;) has a "Producer's eye" like my hubby calls it. He's REALLY good. He should be making commercials or little movie blips or something because this Daddy of three has got some serious talent. I'd seen a few things he'd done and thought he was a great photographer, but I didn't know what a talented videographer he was.

It was a text. Then a phone call. A little planning meeting. A few emails. And well, the rest is history!

We called for models living in AZ and got an amazing turnout. We tried to use as many as we could {52 MODELS TO BE EXACT} but still had to turn several away. :( That was the hardest part. But we're hoping to catch them another time around with something else up our sleeve. Don't know what that is yet but there will be something sometime. There I go again--getting some more "ideas" running around in my mind :)

We feel very blessed to have had the turnout we did and want to thank all of the models and parents who came on time and prepared to shoot our 9 scenes. That's right! NINE. And the 6 various places we filmed them. That's right! SIX. And the 11 Vendors who donated items! ELEVEN. (Wish we could have used more!) And 3 Photographers who swept in to help us the last minute. THREE. And lastly, countless others who helped in the details!
